We have up to a 72 hour (2-3 business day) handling time followed by 2-5 business day shipping within the U.S.A. Because we are a small team also doing fulfillment, we try to bring our absolute best to make sure we beat our own times and expectations, but we also believe in making promises that can be kept in this department.
Because of the hand made nature of our products, there can be slight variants to each item, no one bag will be exactly identical in placement of pattern, etc. Note, this doesn't mean your bag will not look like our product pictures, it just means simply that there will be slight differences. This is not cause to be worried, in fact, we believe its awesome to have something one of a kind that can held and used well!
Currently, we accept credit cards through the Stripe platform. It is incredibly user friendly and secure to process payments. If you are curious to the protocols used, you can find more info in the official Stripe documentation here.
1. We put the buyer's satisfaction at top priority. If you're not pleased with your purchases, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the item total price less Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges within 14 days of your purchases.
2. For any Exchange, Refund or Return, the item must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories or gifts.
3. Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.
4. Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are not refundable, PLUS a 10% restocking fee if asking for a full refund on the item instead of repair within the 14 day window

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section.Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
